Meet Your Provider
Cicely B. Hooten is dual certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist.
She obtained both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from Troy University. Cicely fell into mental health by chance after looking for a new nursing experience. She later earned a post-master’s specialty certificate as a Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama.
